This puppy/canine (hereinafter ìpuppyî) is guaranteed by Black Wolf Dobermans as follows:

1.  The puppy is a purebred Doberman pinscher.

2.  The attached pedigree is correct, to the best of sellerís knowledge.

3.     The puppyís litter is registered with the American Kennel Club.  An individual registration application

      form will be provided to the buyer

4.  To the best of the sellerís knowledge the puppy is free of communicable and congenital       

     diseases.  At the time of purchase this puppy is in good health and current in health care

     needs.  After the puppy leaves our premises, of course, we can no longer be responsible for

     accidental death from injury or from contagious diseases  contracted outside of our

     immediate care and control.  Upon receipt of the puppy the buyer assumes all health care

     requirements.  Buyer should have their veterinarian examine the puppy (at buyers    

     expense) within 3 days of taking possession of the puppy and immediately contact the

     breeder if any problem exists.

5.  This puppy is NOT known to be von Willebrands Disease "affected."

6.  Seller guarantees that this puppy is of sound temperament at the time of purchase.

      Temperament can change due to factors outside of breederís control, i.e. environment, training

      methods and so on.                         

7.     Hip dysplasia--the puppy is guaranteed to be free of crippling hip dysplasia.   X-ray

      costs will be borne by the buyer at the age of two years.  If this puppy is determined to have  

      crippling hip dysplasia by OFA it will be replaced upon its return from the first available litter or

      its price reduced by $200 upon proof of spay/neuter.

8.     Cardiomyopathy---if this puppy expires of cardiomyopathy prior to age 4, breeder will replace

      the puppy with a replacement out of the first available litter.  Full autopsy must be performed, cost

      borne by the buyer and results submitted to seller and sellerís veterinarian.

9.     Puppy will be implanted with a Home Again Microchip prior to going to a new home.  The

      paperwork to be sent to Home Again with appropriate fee by breeder. 

      This is a permanent identification of this particular puppy. 

 

 

 

 

Conditions of Sale:

Full purchase price, cashier check, bank money order is due and payable unless other arrangements have been made, in which case an additional payment arrangement is signed and attached.

  1. The puppy is sold on a LIMITED REGISTRATION  which means that the puppy shall not at any time be bred.
  2. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding #2, at such time as the puppy is titled (in obedience or Schutzhund or agility or per agreement) the Limited Registration may be changed to FULL REGISTRATION upon breeder written consent.  The fee that AKC charges for this will be borne by the buyer.  The buyer agrees that if the puppy is to be used for breeding purposes that it is sufficiently mature (physically & mentally).  This is age 2 years for females and 18 months for males.  The buyer agrees to not breed on every heat cycle, but to skip cycles and to NOT sell to pet stores, puppy mills or transfer ownership of whole litters.  Also, purchaser (and/or successors and assigns) agrees to not breed to the albino gene carrier canines (WZ registration numbers) nor to any canines NOT AKC registered (European canines must be registered with an AKC approved kennel club). Note:  the following health tests shall be performed prior to breeding:  hip x-ray (either 2 yrs. of age OFA or 18 mo. prelim x-ray),  vWD test and to only breed carrier vWD canines to clear vWD canines so as not to create any vWD affected offspring.  Seller retains the right to repossess (without compensation) the canine if any of the aforementioned conditions are violated.
  3. Buyer agrees to care for the puppy hereby agreeing to feed the raw diet or holistic food, house and maintain ongoing medical care, including but not limited to, vaccinations for Parvo/Corona, distemper, adenovirus (both types), parainfluenza and rabies.  We also suggest Bordetella vaccine, particularly if you are taking your puppy (as a puppy or adult) to any public place or boarding facility. We recommend the use of heartworm preventative medication during the appropriate season and periodic worming as necessary.
  4. Three personal references are required.

Remember: puppies are "babies."  Everything goes into the mouth.  Avoid rawhide/pig ear chews-pieces as they can get caught in the throat, expand and cause suffocation.  Offer gumabone, nylabone, hard rubber toys.  Soft plastic toys are often destroyed by Doberman puppies and the squeaker becomes a health hazard. Avoid them.

  1. For the life of the puppy,  If buyer cannot keep this puppy due to circumstances beyond their control, the seller will take back the sold puppy.  If the buyer decides they do not want or cannot keep their puppy at any time it will be returned to the breeder---never sent to rescue or dropped at the ìpoundî.
  2. The seller agrees to be reasonably available to answer questions and assist buyer with information.
  3. Seller retains the right to repossess, report to animal control and/or take any action necessary to maintain the safety and welfare of the puppy/canine.  We take the welfare of our puppies seriously, even after they leave our home. 

There are no other warranties either expressed or implied other than those stated here.

All sales are final with free and clear transfer of ownership as stated herein. Any and all legal expenses associated with the enforcement of this contract will be borne by the buyer.

This document must be signed by both the buyer and the seller to be valid.
